If you must cancel on a 1 day tour
and it is within 10 days of departure, refunds will be based on deposits
returned to Mid-American Coaches prior to trip departure. We do
however, allow you to get another person to fill your seat. If we
have a wait list, we will try to fill the seat from our wait list. If
we do not have a standby list, you will not receive a refund.
final payment (30days prior) is made on multi day trips 2 or more days,
cancellation of passengers will have to be filed on the cancellation
insurance that is available for all multi-day tours. No insurance is
sold on 2 day trips.
If you have elected to not purchase the
insurance, Mid-American Coaches has the right to retain any monies paid
by customer. If this seat is resold, then at that point you may receive
Any fly/international/rail/cruise tours will have exceptions that will be covered at the time of booking.
you are forced to leave a tour anytime after departure, refunds will be
based on monies that are recoverable. Refunds cannot be made for
unused motorcoach transportation.
